Vom KIRCHENWALD SHEPHERDS is a small, selective breeding kennel for elite West German Shepherd show lines with strong working abilities.  We adhere to the German/World system for establishing breed worthiness.  All breeding animals are Schutzhund titled, hip certified, have an "Excellent" (V) or "Excellent Select" (VA) conformation rating and are breed surveyed in Class 1.  Our dogs are bred for mental soundness, native intelligence and physical beauty.  They are suitable to many life styles and dog sports, be it Schutzhund, AKC Obedience, Agility, Search and Rescue, Pet Therapy or Family Guardian.  First and foremost, our puppies and young adults are devoted family companions.
